Alstom e Schneider Electric studiano offerta per acquistare Areva T&D

Le francesi Alstom e Schneider Electric stanno studiando un'offerta comune per acquistare Areva Transmission & Distribution (T&D), che è stata messa in vendita dalla sua casa madre. La notizia è stata annunciata ieri, a mercati chiusi, attraverso una nota stampa diffusa da Schneider. Le due starebbero creando una struttura comune che accoglierà le attività di Areva T&D, nel caso l'offerta venisse accettata.
