KME SE DECIDE IL RIMBORSO ANTICIPATO DEL PRESTITO OBBLIGAZIONARIO 6¾%
SENIOR GARANTITO DI € 300 MILIONI CON SCADENZA 2023
Milano, 28 novembre 2022 – Con riferimento a quanto già annunciato con comunicato stampa
del 25 novembre 2022, KME Group S.p.A. informa che la sua società controllata KME SE ha
deciso in data odierna di procedere al rimborso anticipato dei restanti € 110 milioni, del prestito
obbligazionario 6¾% senior garantito con scadenza 2023 di € 300 milioni, con valuta 8 dicembre
2022.
