Il più grave è quello della liquidità a breve, che l'ha portata a ritardare alcuni progetti che necessitavano forti investimenti.

Gli analisti americani nelle ultime settimane hanno significativamente abbassato i suoi rating e la rivista Barrons ha pubblicato un articolo fortemente negativo

Bombardier’s (OTCQX:BDRBF, OTCPK:BDRAF) cash levels are getting “uncomfortably close” to the minimum needed to run the company, analysts said today, extending losses for a second day after the company cut its guidance and suspended its Learjet 85 program.
Bombardier warned that operating cash flow will total ~$800M for this year instead of a previous forecast of $1.2B-1.6B, free cash flow is expected to come in at zero, and its cash balance at the end of 2014 was just $2.4B.
“Considering the company requires $2B in cash to start the year, the current cash level is coming uncomfortably close to the required cash balance,” according to RBC analyst Walter Spracklin, who lowered his 12-month price target for the stock to $3.50 from $4.

Probabilmente vi è una diminuzione degli ordini (mi sembra sia impegnata nel settore trasporti - costruzione aerei e treni anche in Italia).

Se dichiara call a raffica vuol dire che ha un sacco di liquidità per cui i suoi bond sono sicuri...:D:D:D
 
Ciao ragazzi ..queste obbligazioni iniziando a preoccuparmi ..stanno scendendo troppo ...che ne pensate ??
 
Mi auguro che il recente sell offhttp://www.finanzaonline.com/forum/images/smilies/cry.gif abbia raggiunto il fondo, tutto sta nel riuscire a vedere i primi introiti dell' immissione a mercato dei CS300 (primi del 2016) Bombardier A chi interessa, su Bloomberg ci sono svariati articoli che possono aiutare a inquadrare tutta la "faccenda". Buon Ferragosto a tutto il "Fol".
 
Resistere,resistere,e tenere botta!!! speriamo che si sbrighino con le consegne della serie "CS". In ultima analisi c'è anche nel 4°Q la faccenda dell' IPO (parziale) della Divisione "Rail" e /o la Joint con Simens; Insomma questi non costruiscono robaccia, vendono treni anche ai cinesi ,quando serve "Qualità"( vedi linea con motrici Bombardier su "Permafrost"), poi nei momenti critici gli avvoltoi vanno a banchetto.:'(:' :wall:
 
Ma la Ipo parziale della divisione rail e' confermata o è ancora solo un'ipotesi?
 
Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor) - Roma, 02 set - Bombardier Transportation, attraverso la sua joint venture cinese Bombardier Sifang (Qingdao) Transportation (di cui detiene il 50%) si e' aggiudicata un contratto con la China Railway Corporation per la fornitura di 15 treni CRH380D ad alta velocita'. Il contratto - spiega una nota del gruppo canadese - per 15 convogli ha un valore di circa 2,4 miliardi di renminbi cinesi (pari a 339 milioni di euro).
