We use best in class tools and processes to manage our business and support our business units in collecting, presenting and analyzing correct and accurate financial information at all times.

The Senior Business Analyst, Finance & Control will join the Process Solution Team (PST) and be responsible for developing global finance solutions in collaboration with the corporate financial process owners. KONE is updating the SAP template and running multiple SAP implementations of the global template. She/he will perform analysis of local specific requirements and participate in gap resolution with the rollout project team. The role also involves leading the system integration activities and ensuring knowledge transfer to local unit resources, as well as solving day to day issues for the Finance department. Traveling will be part of your work.

We expect you to have

• Understanding of the role of Finance and Control processes and solid business knowledge
• Strong experience in your key tool in this position, SAP ERP Financials. Generally ERP and ICT tools are for you enablers, not obstacles
• Ability to analyze business processes and to contribute to the development of system solutions
• Excellent networking and communication skills in English and ability to work remotely and independently according to targets
• Likes to train and coach your colleagues during change
• Experience of integration with SD, PS and MM and using data migration tools is an advantage
• You feel comfortable working in a multicultural environment and enjoy cooperating across borders
• You are able to think outside of the box and propose creative solutions
• As a person you are proactive, reliable and possess strong communication skills.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
• Fluent English
