Oggi ho acquistato, non molto, è un po' che la seguo, alla ricerca del bottom, non si dovrebbe fare, ma mi diverte troppo.........soldi in cassa ce li ha, debiti praticamente zero, mercato in espansione (biomateriali), capitalizza 35m$.....boh, vedremo.

ieri chiusura sui minimi a 2,20.

Oggi 2,25 -2,30, anzi che non sia ripresa a scendere, anche se..........vedremo.

Ovvio che la plastica tradizionale sarà abbandonata, quindi questa azienda che broduce bioplastiche è in una posizione privilegiata, la questione è sempre il timing, ormai ho acquistato, vedremo.........

(Nasdaq:CERP - News), a leading manufacturer of proprietary biobased, compostable and sustainable plastics, has entered into definitive agreements with institutional investors to sell an aggregate of 3,125,000 units, with each unit consisting of one share of its common stock, par value $0.001 per share ("Common Stock") and one warrant to purchase 0.75 shares of Common Stock, in a registered direct offering for gross proceeds of $5.0 million, before deducting placement agents' fees and estimated offering expenses. The investors have agreed to purchase the units for a negotiated price of $1.60 per unit. The per share exercise price of the warrants is $2.20. The warrants are exercisable beginning on the date that is 180 days following the closing date of this offering and will expire on the date that is five years from the closing date.

e' passata da circa 5 dollari nel 2011 a ,53 ad oggi...
ha incrementeto in un anno le vendite del 200%

E' ricerca pura, serve qualcosa di più solido

Poi magari scoprono qualcosa di super, ma per ora è solo una scommessa, molto rischiosa aggiungerei.
