NexPrise, Inc. (OTC: NXPS.PK), a leading provider of cloud-based Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions, and Trubiquity, a leading provider of global software and solutions for the management, integration, and automation of data flow between customers and their partners, today announced the execution of an asset purchase agreement whereby Trubiquity intends to purchase substantially all the assets of NexPrise, which includes its WebSpace and InfoPrise assets. NexPrise intends to seek Court approval of the transfer of the purchased assets to Trubiquity in accordance with section 363 of title 11 of the United States Code.
