Queste notizie sovracitate secondo voi implicano che a breve termine (24 ore) le obbligazioni GM 2033 scenderanno, o cmq è più probabile che scendano piuttosto che salgano? Ora sono intorno a 33.5.

Gia' e' positivo che a questo momento, nonostante il -10% di ieri, i valori dei bond siano abbastanza stabili (solo il 2013 su TLX da 43 di ieri a 42 di oggi).

Borsa NY: futures in calo in Europa





(ANSA) - ROMA, 31 OTT - Sono in calo i futures sugli indici della Borsa di New York, appesantiti dai rumors sulle difficolta' di GM (NYSE: GM - notizie) e Chrysler a chiudere la fusione.A Londra il contratto sul Dow Jones (notizie) cede il 2% a 9.045,0 punti, quello sullo S&P 500 perde il 2,1% a 941,3 e quello sul Nasdaq (NASDAQ: notizie) -100 il 2,2% a 1.316,0. Sulle piazze europee General Motors arretra del 2%, dopo le voci sul no dell'amministrazione Bush ad aiuti finanziari per il merger con Chrysler. Male il comparto legato ai consumi con Wal-Mart che cede l'1,8%.

General Motors è in deciso calo negli scambi europei dopo che fonti Reuters hanno riferito che la casa di Detroit e Chrysler non riceveranno aiuti finanziari dall'amministrazione Bush, ostacolando la fusione tra le due società, che dovrebbe quindi slittare a dopo le elezioni presidenziali americane.





Comunque Gm si salverà.

stessa cosa dicasi per 09/09 che da 79 è attualmente in denaro a 72.20

NEW YORK, Oct 31 (Reuters) - Bonds GMAC LLC, the ailing auto finance and mortgage provider, fell as much as 6 points on Friday after the company said it would offer to exchange much of its debt, a deal that would leave bondholders with an investment loss.

GMAC's 7.75 percent notes due in 2010 fell to 75 cents on the dollar, down from 81 cents on Thursday, according to MarketAxess. Its 8 percent bonds due in 2031 fell to 46 cents on the dollar, down from 49.5 cents on Thursday.

GMAC said on Thursday it would offer to exchange debt "for a reduced principal amount of new indebtedness." After the announcement, Moody's Investors Service downgraded GMAC deeper into junk territory and said it may cut the rating again because the exchange offer creates greater risk of loss for unsecured creditors. Methos, che dici meglio uscire ora che vale 71 ed acquistare eventualmente GM2013 o simili (tagliando il rischio con il differenziale)?
