sentendo la mia filiale quota tra gli 88 e 92 dovrebbe essere negoziabile dal 25.06.2009 ..ste obbligazioni perpetual nn si trovano ne sul mot ne su otc.

Riguardo a Clerical, nel prospetto c'è scritto:

non riesco a trovare un prospetto informativo di questa bpm 2011 isin XS0131749623 .. dopo il 2011 esercita la call?
Avevo un database che mi diceva che era una perpetual ed un'altro database che dopo il 2011 esercita la call!
e quindi quale sarà quello esatto?

Subordinato Tier I (potrebbe anche non pagare 1 o più cedole). Come tutti i tier I è perpetual. cedola fisso 8.393% fino alla prima call (luglio 2011) e poi se non viene callato (cosa piuttosto probabile al momento) la cedola diventa euribor 3 mesi +470 bppa.
