in effetti l'Italia è diversa. Da noi impera la negoziazione, la chiacchiera, la pacca sulla spalla. Ecco perché i venditori/teleimbonitori riscuotono tanto successo. L'importante è apparire, far credere agli altri....non per niente in Italia si è realizzato il paradigma simpsoniano "se lo ha detto la tv allora è vero, se la tv non ne parla allora non esiste"

Forse per questo in tanti sono convinti che è impossibile vendere un immobile a meno di quello che si è pagato, o anche solo che veniva pagato 2 anni fa.....
