LQMT.OB Liquidmetal Founder buys 1.7 mln shares (1.50 -0.05)
From Form 4: "On March 21, 2006, the reporting person entered into an agreement with Innometal Co., Ltd. whereunder the reporting person irrevocably agreed to purchase 1,700,000 shares of the issuer's common stock from Innometal in a private transaction at a purchase price of approximately $1.65 per share. The agreement provides that the reporting person will make such purchase on October 31, 2006, and accordingly the reporting person does not have voting or investment power with respect to such shares as of the date of the filing of this Form 4. Innometal acquired these shares from the issuer pursuant to an amended settlement agreement with the issuer entered into on March 21, 2006, as described more fully in the Form 8-K filed by the issuer on March 22, 2006."
