posseggo un milione di queste fetecchie, acquistate a metá maggio a 0,0048, questo e' gia' il secondo rally in cui non vendo, pero' adesso mi sembra ben impostata graficamente, sembrerebbe un ritracciamento momentaneo, la media semplice a 50gg sembra fornire un concetto supportivo al contrario di maggio in cui si era formato un doppio massimo a ridosso della predetta media.

Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB: USXP), yesterday received notice that the New York Lower Court ignored its entire “naked short selling” argument as it ruled in favor of the SEC’s position.
“I cannot say we are surprised as this venue was selected by our adversary. We remain optimistic and eagerly await the entire documentation to be reviewed by more objective and less influenced higher court judges. Some may read only the Judge’s decision. We have read the entire documentation and legal precedents. Long and short of it, this is a naked short selling hallmark case in the making. This is exactly at the venue we expected it to be. Let’s remain realistic here. Whichever side won the first round was going to have to play the second round. That was the SEC’s home field courtroom. It was hand selected after the initial naked short selling claim of $700,000,000 was filed in Florida. It’s business and growth as usual and I will be continuing my naked short selling presence as that is the issue of this case – nothing else,” said Richard Altomare, Chairman and CEO of Universal Express.
“Universal Express strongly disagrees with the opinion of the New York federal district court (US Dct 04Civ 2322) and will take immediate steps to rectify it. , today insured the Jackson Family Memorabilia Collection's movement, and it has "left the building" to Las Vegas. We have previously valued the auction estimates from $30,000,000 to $200,000,000.
No one can predict the outcome of this auction, but I thought it prudent to inform our shareholders of the percentages we have budgeted for them. We have estimated a cash dividend of at least 20% of the net proceeds to our shareholders and we have estimated at least 15% of our net proceeds to a buy back of Universal Express' stock on the open market.
There are many factors and collectors which will determine the final results. Yet, at the request of many I thought these percentages needed to be memorialized.

Memorabilia from the Jackson family pop dynasty has sold for between $1.5m (£750,000) and $2m (£1m) during a two-day auction in Las Vegas.
Among the items snapped up was a black military-style coat belonging to Michael Jackson, which sold for $24,000 (£12,131) according to the auctioneers.
The final sales tally is still being calculated but the figure is expected to be between $1.5m (£750,000) and $2m (£1m). Some of the proceeds will go to charity.
The company's collection includes other Jackson items, such as master tapes of hundreds of songs, some never released - Mr Altomare said they will be sold at a later date.
"We have two times the number of items here still in our warehouse," he added.
The company bought the entire collection for $5m (£2.5m) and spent $2m (£1m) transporting them.
The date and location of the second auction will be announced shortly. "We still have many items that fans and collectors will be very interested in purchasing," Mr Altomare said.
